S&A completed the delivery of 4 refurbishment projects at the Defence Establishment Orchard Hills (DEOH) at the same time. The packages included:

  1. Refurbishment of over 30 buildings including external & internal works, bathroom refurbishments, mechanical upgrades, electrical upgrades. Construction of new heavy vehicle garage as pictured below.

  2. Replacements of roof components in over 10 explosive ordinance (EO) buildings.

  3. Replacement of roof access stairs and platforms across 19 buildings.

  4. Replacement of electrical switchboards and switchgear across 20 buildings.
